I just checked out, when will my order ship?
We have a 3-5 business day processing time. We start processing orders as soon as we get them.
That allows us time to organize the large amount of orders we receive (thank you!) each restock day. As well as make any pillows in your order that are "made to order" and do so with the same careful attention we give to each pillow.
We ship Priority 2/3 day shipping via USPS.
Please note, orders can be delayed due to holidays and inclement weather.
How will I know when my package will arrive?
We provide tracking information for all our shipments. You will be notified of your tracking number via the email you enter at checkout, once your order is shipped. Please allow tracking info to be processed and updated by the USPS.
Do you ship internationally ?
Yes. We ship internationally via USPS Priority. Shipping is calculated at checkout with a shipping estimator based off your Country, County and Zip Code BEFORE you checkout. Please email kaekoodesigns@gmail if you have any questions.
What is your return policy?
WAREHOUSE SALE PILLOWS AND HONEYCOMB SHELVES ARE FINAL SALE.
PILLOWS- We do our very best to provide quality products you will love in your home. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to find a solution. We will replace, mend or return for a full refund.
Please return all items with care in original condition and with your receipt within 14 days with a recommended tracking #.
Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
All sale items are final and non-refundable.
Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are cut and made specifically for you.

Do you allow exchanges if I change my mind?
Because of the rate at which pillows sell out, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different pillow, please return your item and then place a new order for the pillow you would like instead. Please emal email@example.com and we are happy to help.
Please return unused merchandise in original condition within 14 days with a recommended tracking #.
Once we receive your unused items you will be refunded your order total minus shipping cost.
Does my pillow cover come with the insert?
We sell Pillow Covers Only!
We do not offer purchase of down/feather inserts at this time.
What size insert will fit my new pillow cover?
We suggest inserts that are about 1" to 2" larger than your pillow cover. We recommend Down/Feather Pillow Inserts to make your pillow look her best.
